Our goal at The Groves is to provide a clean, quiet, safe place for families to live. We employ a manager and a maintenance man, and both live within the park. They have been with the park for over 12 years.

About The Groves

  • The Groves is located on 1505 Sheppard Rd, in Burkburnett, TX. The property is within city limits.

  • We take pride in all of our homes and stay on top of all needed repairs. We welcome you to visit The Groves and suggest contacting us for an appointment.

  • The local school bus stops within the park and takes your children to locally award winning schools in Burkburnett. There is a children's playground located in the park as well.

  • We are a pet-friendly community and ask for a non-refundable deposit of $125. All pets must be approved by management prior to the move in date due to insurance requirements. There is a limit as to how many pets a household may have.

  • All potential tenants must fill out an application form. A copy of this form may be found by clicking the Application tab above.
